Membership Committee

Saludos!  The Membership Committee is  responsible for providing a structure for individuals and institutions be become members of the network.  At this time, the Board has decided to switch from an individual membership structure to an institutional membership structure and so the Membership Committee is focusing on developing a process for that to happen-membership forms, changes to the website, updating the database and developing a plan for how to work with schools for them to become members and to spread the word to people on their campuses about the Network and their membership in the Network.If you are interested in being involved or would like to know more about the network, please contact info@mnlatinosinhighered.org.  We particularly interested in finding someone to maintain our database.  

 

New Joining Process

Attached are some of the materials we are developing for the new institutional membership process. These include:

The initial process chart for the new process-visual of the process of switching from individual to institutional membership)

An interest letter--(to people in schools to tell them about the network)

An Activate your membership letter (for people in schools that have become members)

Welcome letter, and (for people in  member schools who activated their membership--this will be automatically sent to them)

The actual joining process-changes which will be made to the website under the new system.

Please take a look at them. We will review them at the board meeting on Sat. March 14th
