These include:</p> <p> The initial process chart for the new process-visual of the process of switching from individual to institutional membership) </p> <p> An interest letter--(to people in schools to tell them about the network) </p> <p>An Activate your membership letter (for people in schools that have become members) </p> <p>Welcome letter, and (for people in  member schools who activated their membership--this will be automatically sent to them) </p> <p>The actual joining process-changes which will be made to the website under the new system. </p> <p> Please take a look at them. We will review them at the board meeting on Sat.
